Below is what can be finished today, one card per task. Each card answers two separate questions — what it costs and whether you can use it today— because a price is not an availability and one word cannot answer both.     It cannot tell you who owns either account, and it cannot tell you whether the request is genuine. A clean verdict means the numbers are consistent — not that the e-mail is from your supplier. The call-back is the check; this only tells you how urgently you need it.

    What this answer does not prove

    A valid IBAN is a well-formed number in a real country's format. It is NOT a confirmation that the account exists, NOT the name of its holder, NOT a balance, and NOT a promise that a payment will arrive. Only the bank can tell you those, and it will not tell us.

    It checks arithmetic, structure and registration. It is not tax advice: it does not decide which VAT rate is correct, whether reverse charge applies, or whether the invoice is legal where you are. A clean review is not a guarantee that the customer will accept or pay it.

  • Invoice rules for Peppol

    Check an invoice against the Peppol rules, and that your customer's Peppol address exists, before you send anything.

    Refused — 3 mandatory rules broken. PEPPOL-EN16931-R003: no buyer or order reference. R010 and R020: no Peppol address for the customer or for you. Each one says what to add and where to get it.
    What this answer does not prove

    It reads the DOCUMENT, and asks the Peppol network's address book one question about it: is your customer's address registered? It does not tell you which document types they accept or who to call when a send fails — that is the receiver check. It does not send, and Jithox does not send: there is no delivery, no delivery status and no proof of receipt anywhere in this answer. And it checks 21 of the published rules, each named so you can look it up: the full set is far larger and we are not the official validator, so a clean result means nothing among these rules is wrong and the address is registered, never that the network will accept the document.

    What this answer does not prove

    It looks the RECEIVER up and nothing else. Reachable is not willing: it does not prove their system will accept your invoice, that they agreed to receive e-invoices from you, or that a send would succeed — only that an address exists and the registration is live. It does not read your invoice, so it says nothing about whether that document passes the Peppol rules. And it does not send: Jithox has no sending route, so there is no delivery status to read back here or anywhere else.

Test versions — not finished products yet

These run, but not for everyone and not yet on production. Elsewhere on the site they carry the word Labs; on its own that word explains nothing, so every card below names the exact thing that is missing — a run that has not happened, a switch the operator has not flipped, a connection of yours that does not exist yet. Nothing in this section is charged for as a finished product.

  • VAT numbers, whole list

    Check the VAT numbers of a whole customer or supplier list against the EU register before you invoice or pay.

    250 lines in your own order: 231 valid (with the registered name where the member state shares it), 6 invalid, 9 unknown because the register was busy, and 4 not covered. Charged for 237 — the rows the register actually answered.
    What this answer does not prove

    A valid VAT number means the number is registered and active today. It does not prove the company is solvent, trading, or the one you think you are dealing with, and it is not a credit check. An unknown means the register did not answer — never that the number is bad. A consultation number proves only that the European Commission recorded this consultation at that moment; it does not prove that a supply is exempt or reverse-charged.

    What this answer does not prove

    An approved send that reports 'sent' means the e-mail provider accepted it. It does not prove the message was delivered, opened, or read, and it is not an accepted quote. The prices and tax in the quote are yours: nothing here calculates or checks them.

    What this answer does not prove

    A 200 from your automation tool proves the request arrived. It does not prove your flow ran, finished, or did the right thing — that is why 'offered' and 'completed' are different words here. We cannot make a receiving system deduplicate a repeat, either; we can only send the same key.

Three words we keep apart

  • Product. Something you get access to: an MCP server with its own endpoint, price and free allowance, or a desk in your workspace.
  • Tool. One operation inside a product, such as verify_iban. A task uses one or more tools; a tool is never sold by itself.
  • CLI. jithox is a way in, not a product: it connects the AI client you already use and can make a call for you. It costs nothing.

The CLI: a way in

jithox connects Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor or any MCP client to Jithox without putting a credential in a file, lists what is reachable, and can make one free call so you see a real answer before you sign up for anything. The version on npm today is 0.2.4. Only commands that the published version runs — on Windows, macOS and Linux — are shown on this site.

Who takes the money, and what happened to the downloads

MCP servers are billed by Jithox itself, per accepted call, from a prepaid balance. A refusal, a rate limit or an unavailable source costs nothing.
