Jithox wants to be the independent gate between an AI agent and a payment.
Who we are
Jithox is run by its founder, Victor-Emmanuel Charlier, a cybersecurity engineer. It is a Belgian sole proprietorship: one person is responsible for it, and you write to that person.

Being built — not live
These are plans. None of them can be used today.
- The gate itself: an agent asks Jithox before it pays an invoice, and gets back one decision (pay, hold or ask a person) with the evidence behind it.
- Working alongside payment networks and agent-payment protocols such as Stripe, Visa and x402, not competing with them. There is no partnership with any of them today.
What we do not claim
- No certification, no SLA and no independent penetration test.
- No customer or usage figures: we publish none that we have not measured.
- A check is evidence for one question, not legal or tax approval.
