    • A readiness answer describes what the consulted sources returned at the stated time. It is not a legal, fiscal or compliance statement.
    • It does not combine the VAT, company and Peppol checks into a single counterparty verdict. Each check is its own tool, and your agent decides what the combination means.
    • It does not send an invoice, to Peppol or anywhere else.
    • It does not create, book or file an invoice.
    • It does not tell you whether an invoice is legally valid or fiscally correct.

    • An energy label answer reports what the official EPREL database returned at the stated time. Values are supplier-declared and are not independently verified by Jithox.
    • It does not register a product in EPREL and does not change any EPREL record.
    • It does not verify a supplier's declared values — EPREL data is supplier-declared and Jithox does not independently check it.
    • It does not state whether a listing meets a labelling obligation.
    • Metrics and comparison are supported for the washing-machines (2019) product group ONLY; every other group returns identity and common metadata, and says so on each call.

    • An import preflight answer reflects the activated TARIC snapshot at the stated time. It is not a customs decision, a tariff ruling or a classification guarantee.
    • It does not file a customs declaration and does not talk to any customs system.
    • It does not clear goods, pay duty, or create any binding classification.
    • It does not give a tariff ruling — classification remains the declarant's responsibility.
    • A code or measure that is not present in the activated snapshot is reported as unresolved, never as absent from the law.

    • NOT CURRENTLY OFFERED. The endpoint answers and the tools are live, but no retail source is configured yet, so every search, offer and comparison returns a truthful 'not_configured' and costs nothing. It becomes offerable when the retailer partner credentials are in place — not before.
    • An offer answer reports what the queried retail source returned at the stated time. It is never buying advice, never an order, and never a guarantee that the offer still holds.
    • It never places, modifies or cancels an order, and never touches a payment, card or checkout.
    • It does not recommend, rank as best, or otherwise present a comparison as buying advice.
    • A no-match means the queried source held no match at that moment — never that a product is not sold; the source declares which markets it covers.
