Terms of use
Plain-language terms for using Jithox. An honest startup baseline, not lawyer-reviewed, and not legal advice.
Last updated: August 2026.
What Jithox is
Jithox proposes; you decide. A real-world action — sending an e-mail, sending an invoice — happens only after you approve that exact action, exactly once, with a receipt.
Your responsibilities
- You review before you approve. What you approve is what is sent — check recipients, amounts and text.
- Invoice contents, VAT treatment and bookkeeping remain your responsibility, or your accountant's. Jithox prepares; it does not give tax or legal advice.
- Do not use Jithox to mislead, spam, harass or impersonate anyone.
- Only connect mailboxes and numbers you are entitled to use for your business.
The two offers
Jithox MCP is prepaid pay-as-you-go: a free trial of live calls with no card, then a fixed price per accepted call, bought in advance. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no overage. When the balance runs out, calls are refused rather than billed. Card payment runs on Stripe's hosted checkout.
Jithox for WhatsApp is not self-service today. There is no public checkout for it and no price is offered on the public site, so nothing can be bought here by mistake.
Your data
Your messages, invoices, approvals and receipts belong to your workspace. The privacy page says what we store and why. You can ask for deletion at any time — the deletion page says exactly what can be erased, what is kept for your accounting trail, and how to ask.
Liability, plainly
We build carefully — approvals, receipts and honest failure states are the core of the product — but Jithox is provided as-is, without warranties. Always verify a document before approving it.
