What you can use Midas Agents for

Midas Agents is a free preview of AI helpers for small businesses. You can use the helpers to draft social posts, review replies, website copy, product listings, reminder messages, and similar small-business outputs. You decide what to do with each draft.

Free previews are drafts only

Every output from a Midas helper is a draft. Midas does not post, send, pay, publish, or delete on your behalf. You must review every draft before you use it.

Payments

Live payments are not active for the first public launch. If we enable an optional paid plan (Midas Business Beta), free previews stay free. You will see a clear, deliberate checkout — never a silent charge.

What you keep

You keep ownership of the inputs you provide and the drafts a helper produces from them. Midas keeps the right to operate the platform, including caching anonymous usage metrics to improve the product. We do not sell your data.

What you agree not to do

• Do not paste passwords, API keys, or other secrets into prompts.
• Do not use Midas to harass, defame, or impersonate people.
• Do not use the helpers to generate content that breaks the law in your country (spam, fraud, defamation, etc.).
• Do not try to exploit, scrape, or attack the platform.
• Do not paste content that is not yours into a helper expecting Midas to publish or sell it for you — Midas only drafts.

Creator submissions

Creators can submit a helper idea through /marketplace/submit. Every submission is reviewed by the Midas trust team before it is listed. We can decline or remove a submission at any time. No arbitrary code is accepted — submissions are metadata only.

As-is, no warranty

Midas Agents is an early-stage product. We provide it as is, without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. Your use is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which today is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
