Where data lives
Per part of the service:
- Website and app: Vercel, region fra1 (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Database: Neon, region eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany).
- MCP servers on mcp.jithox.com: Hetzner, Helsinki (Finland).
Sign-in runs through Clerk. Card payments run on Stripe's hosted checkout, so card details never reach us. E-mail is sent through Resend. For these three, their own terms apply.
When something is down
When an official source cannot be reached, the server answers a typed unavailable instead of a guess. Nothing is executed, nothing is charged, and no free call is consumed.
There is no financial SLA and no uptime figure. We do not measure uptime yet, so we do not publish a number.
Data-processing agreement and liability
No standard DPA is published yet.

Liability is what our terms say: Jithox is provided as-is, without warranties. Nothing beyond that is published yet.
Paying as a company
- You pay in advance through Stripe's hosted checkout.
- At checkout a billing address is required, and you can enter your company's VAT number.
- For credit top-ups, Stripe calculates the VAT.
A one-off top-up does not create an invoice at checkout today.
Security and contact
Questions, a security report or a privacy request: one address, and a person reads every message.
We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar certifications, and there has been no independent penetration test yet.
