Payment change check

“Our bank details have changed” — check before you change them

Most invoice fraud starts with that sentence. Enter the new account number, the one you already have for this supplier and the country they are in. You get a verdict in a second, the red flags named, and the steps a person still has to take. Free, no account.

Free · no account · nothing is stored

What this is, and what it is not

It does

  • Check that the new number is a real, well-formed account number for its country.
  • Tell you when the account moved to another country or another bank, or does not match where the supplier is.
  • Recognise the account you already have, written differently — so nobody “changes” it for nothing.
  • Give you the call-back steps, ready to paste into your procedure.

It does not

  • Know who owns an account, or whether it exists. No free registry answers that — only the call-back does.
  • Ever say an account is safe. The best verdict for a real change is “verify first”.
  • Cover countries without IBANs (the United States, Canada, Australia, India, China, Japan and others): there the answer is never “fine”.
  • Store, send or log what you enter. It stays in this browser tab until you close it.

For your AI agent and for developers

The same check is the free tool check_payment_change on https://jithox.com/api/mcp— no key. An agent that reads your inbox can run it on every change request and hold the ones that come back “stop”. Connect your AI · everything you can get done.
