For self-employed people

From a WhatsApp message to a quote or invoice.

Your customer sends a WhatsApp message. Jithox asks for the missing information, prepares a draft, and you check it before the quote or invoice is sent.

Jithox never sends anything on its own. You approve, per document.

Starting in WhatsApp is not open yet

To receive messages straight from WhatsApp, your own WhatsApp Business number has to be connected to Jithox. That connection runs through WhatsApp Business's official signup, and its app review has not been granted to Jithox yet.

We are not going to put a button here that sends you to a blocked screen, and we are not going to invent a phone number. The moment the connection opens, it opens on this page.

What does work today: if you already have a Jithox workspace, forward or paste a customer message. Jithox asks for what is missing and prepares the draft.

How it works

  1. 1

    Your customer sends a message

A question the way you actually get them: what needs doing, roughly how much, and when it would suit. Usually something is missing.

  2. 2

Jithox asks for what is missing and prepares a draft

If the address, the surface area or an agreed price is missing, Jithox fills in nothing. It drafts the question, you approve the wording, and only then is it ready to send.

  3. 3

    You check and send

You read the whole document. If it is right, you approve it: download the PDF, or let Jithox send it by e-mail where delivery is switched on for your workspace.

What is true today

Six questions you should be able to ask before you rely on any of this, and the honest answer to each.

Which messages arrive automatically?
Today none over WhatsApp — that connection is not open. E-mail forwarded to your Jithox address does arrive, once receiving is activated for your workspace. Beyond that, you simply paste a message yourself.
Does Jithox ask the customer for missing information?
Jithox drafts the question and shows it to you. Nothing is ever sent by itself: you approve the exact wording. Over WhatsApp that is not possible today; by e-mail it is, where delivery is switched on.
Who approves the quote?
You. There is no setting that makes it automatic, and none will appear quietly.
Who sends it?
You approve; then you download the PDF or Jithox sends it in your name by e-mail. Jithox never sends on its own and never sends anything you have not seen.
Are invoices really sent?
Yes, by e-mail, after your explicit approval, and only where e-mail delivery is activated for your workspace. Every send happens exactly once and you see the real status — including when it is “uncertain”. Never over WhatsApp.
Where do you manage status and documents?
In your workspace. Documents holds your quotes and invoices with their status; Customers holds your customer list.

What Jithox does not do

  • Send nothing without your approval — not a single message, not a single invoice.
  • Invent nothing the customer did not say. If a detail is missing, it stays empty and Jithox asks for it.
  • No bookkeeping and no tax or legal advice. The VAT rate comes from your settings or is asked for, and you confirm it.
  • No made-up prices. A line without an agreed price stays without an amount.
