Automatic top-up is not switched on yet. Your balance only changes when you add funds yourself. When it is switched on you will choose the balance it watches, the amount it adds (€10.00 · €25.00 · €50.00 · €100.00 · €250.00 · €500.00 or a custom amount above €10.00), and a monthly ceiling it can never exceed.
Switching this on authorises us to charge your saved payment method automatically, without asking again, whenever your balance falls below your threshold. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, and one crossing buys exactly one top-up. You can pause or disable it at any time, and a failed payment pauses it rather than retrying.
How the payment works
- Payment happens on Stripe's own hosted page. No card details are ever entered on Jithox.
- The amount is re-validated on our server before a checkout is created; your browser never sets a price.
- Your balance changes when Stripe's webhook confirms the payment — never because a browser landed on a success URL.
- Returning to the success page again, or pressing buy twice, cannot add funds twice.
- Cancelling changes nothing at all.
