Connect your Moneybird administration once. From then on your AI can ask Jithox which invoices are still open or late and whether one invoice is paid — and gets one closed answer with the amount, the due date, the days overdue and a receipt. It never changes anything.
Labs, with synthetic examples
The examples below run on synthetic fixtures and describe no real bookkeeping. Nothing in this build has been exercised against Moneybird's test environment yet: that needs a Moneybird account only the owner may create. Until then a real check answers “unavailable — not connected” and costs nothing. No price is published.
Your bookkeeping, connected by you
You sign in at Moneybird yourself and allow Jithox to read sales invoices. Jithox never sees your Moneybird password, stores the permission encrypted for your account only, and reads invoice data without changing it.

Jithox's Moneybird app is not configured here. The owner registers it once; nothing can be read until then.
How it works
- Moneybird asks you which administration and whether Jithox may read sales invoices.
- Jithox stores that permission encrypted, for your account only.
- Every question your AI asks is answered read-only and carries a receipt.
What it never does
- Jithox never sees your Moneybird password.
- For invoice data, Jithox uses only Moneybird's read requests — Moneybird's permission allows writing, Jithox does not.
- The answer never contains the Moneybird token.
- The answer omits free invoice reference text and contact first name, last name, e-mail, phone and address. It can still contain personal data in invoice identifiers and Moneybird company or administration names.
How it works
1. Your AI asks
“Which invoices are late?” or “Is 2026-0003 paid?” Jithox sends Moneybird the administration id and the requested states and page, or the invoice number — never an invoice file or a customer's e-mail.
2. Jithox reads, read-only
Moneybird returns sales-invoice records. Jithox omits free reference text and the contact fields first name, last name, e-mail, phone and address before returning the selected status fields. The remaining identifiers and company or administration names can still be personal data.
3. One closed answer
PAID, OPEN, LATE, PENDING_PAYMENT, DRAFT, UNCOLLECTIBLE, NOT_FOUND — or UNAVAILABLE when Moneybird cannot be read, which is never turned into an answer about an invoice. Every answer carries a receipt.
Worked examples (synthetic)
Each example runs on the fixture provider with a fixed clock, so everyone sees the same answer. None of these invoices or companies exists.

What is true about every answer
- It comes from your own bookkeeping, at the moment stated, read with the permission you gave.
- It is one closed decision with reason codes; the amounts and dates are the bookkeeping's own.
- The answer includes only Moneybird's company-name field for a counterparty; that field can still contain a person's name.
- It carries an unsigned, hash-bound receipt anyone can recompute.
- An unavailable Moneybird is reported as unavailable and costs nothing.
What it never does
- Never creates, sends, reminds, books or changes anything.
- Never reads documents, estimates, bank or settings — only sales invoices.
- Jithox invokes no AI model for this check. It returns selected fields to the calling AI client, which may pass them to its model. Jithox does not durably store the invoice query or result; it does store the encrypted Moneybird permission and fixed invocation and receipt metadata.
- Never asks for a password, a key or a token in a chat.
- Never gives accounting, tax or legal advice.
