Jithox credits

Credits are an optional prepaid balance for the preparation work, such as putting a draft together.

  • 1 credit is €0.01.
  • €10 becomes 1,000 credits. There are bundles up to €500, or you choose an amount between €10 and €5,000 yourself.
  • Credits are not a subscription and do not replace the subscription.

How paying works

  • Access is by invitation: you request it by e-mail.
  • You do not need a payment card to request access.
  • Payment only comes up once your access is active.
  • All amounts exclude VAT. The VAT treatment is stated on your invoice.

What we do not promise

  • No trial period and no refund promise.
  • No response time as a commitment — we answer as fast as a human can.
  • No availability guarantee and no service contract.
