Jithox is available by invitation. We take on a small group at a time, because you get personal guidance on your first real quote.

Who the pilot is for

You are self-employed or run a small service business.
You get customer requests by e-mail or message and turn them into quotes and invoices yourself.
You work in Dutch or English.

What happens during onboarding

You mail us the three questions below. They are already in the mail.
If it fits, we prepare your access and you sign in with that e-mail address.
You fill in your company details and add your first customer.
We walk through your first real quote or invoice together, from message to approval.

What Jithox does today

Turn a customer message into a draft quote or draft invoice, using only the details that are actually there.
Ask for what is missing, one question at a time.
Show the complete document before you approve.
After your approval: prepare the PDF for you to send yourself, or send from Jithox when that is activated for your workspace.
Keep your customers and documents so you can find them again.

What Jithox does not do today

No bookkeeping, no tax advice, no legal advice.
No payments and no debt collection.
No contact with your customer beyond what you send yourself.
Nothing goes out without your approval — ever.
