Check a company or VAT number
Live- What is checked
- Whether a VAT number is well-formed, what the official VIES register says about it, and whether the business can receive e-invoices on Peppol.
- Useful for
- Anyone who invoices a business in another EU country, or onboards a new customer or supplier.
- Example
- “Is BE 0403.170.701 a valid, active VAT number, and can they receive e-invoices?”
- Price
- €0.10 per accepted call
- Free trial
- 25 accepted calls free in 14 days, no card.
- What it needs
- A VAT number, or a company name with its country.
- If the source is down
- You see “unavailable”, nothing is charged, and you can try again later.
Check an invoice
Live- What is checked
- Whether an e-invoice file is structurally valid and ready to be sent, and what is still missing.
- Useful for
- Finance teams and freelancers who send e-invoices, and the tools that build them.
- Example
- “Is this UBL invoice ready for Peppol, or what is wrong with it?”
- Price
- €0.10 per accepted call
- Free trial
- 25 accepted calls free in 14 days, no card.
- What it needs
- The invoice file (XML) or its key fields.
- If the source is down
- You see “unavailable”, nothing is charged, and you can try again later.
Check an import
Live- What is checked
- An EORI number, candidate customs codes, the measures that apply, and an estimate of the landed cost of a low-value shipment.
- Useful for
- Web shops and importers bringing goods into the EU.
- Example
- “What will importing 40 of these headphones from outside the EU cost at the border?”
- Price
- €0.25 per accepted call
- Free trial
- 25 accepted calls free in 14 days, no card.
- What it needs
- An EORI number, a product description, its origin and value.
- If the source is down
- You see “unavailable”, nothing is charged, and you can try again later.
Check an energy label
Live- What is checked
- What the supplier declared in the EU EPREL register for a product, marked as declared — never verified by us.
- Useful for
- Retailers and marketplaces listing appliances, lighting or tyres.
- Example
- “Which energy class did the supplier declare for this model, and when?”
- Price
- €0.25 per accepted call
- Free trial
- 25 accepted calls free in 14 days, no card.
- What it needs
- A model identifier or a product name.
- If the source is down

Check a sanctions risk
Live- What is checked
- Whether a name or identifier appears as a candidate on the EU consolidated sanctions list — candidates, never verdicts, never clearance.
- Useful for
- Anyone taking on a new counterparty who needs a first screening with a source.
- Example
- “Does this counterparty appear on the EU sanctions list?”
- Price
- €0.50 per accepted call
- Free trial
- 25 accepted calls free in 14 days, no card.
- What it needs
- A name, or an identifier such as a registration number.
- If the source is down
- You see “unavailable”, nothing is charged, and you can try again later.
Check an action before it happens
Labs- What is checked
- Whether a planned agent action — send, publish, buy, submit, test, change — is allowed to be prepared, needs your approval, or is blocked, and why.
- Useful for
- Anyone who lets an agent prepare real work and wants the decision to stay with a person.
- Example
- “May my agent prepare this purchase of EUR 29.00, or does it need my approval first?”
- Price
- Free
- Free trial
- Free — no trial needed.
- What it needs
- A description of the action: type, target, amount, who approves.
- If the source is down
- You see “unavailable”, nothing is charged, and you can try again later.
Check an agreement before requesting a signature
Labs- What is checked
- Whether a planned signature request is ready to prepare, needs approval, or is blocked — who signs, with what authority, at what level, at what cost.
- Useful for
- Teams whose agents draft NDAs, supplier terms or policy acknowledgements for signature.
- Example
- “May my agent send this NDA to the supplier for e-signature?”
- Price
- Free
- Free trial
- Free — no trial needed.
- What it needs
- The document fingerprint (computed in your browser), the signers and the provider. Never the document itself.
- If the source is down
- You see “unavailable”, nothing is charged, and you can try again later.
I’m not sure — help me choose

Free
Free first, pay later
Free
- — 25 accepted calls, 14 days.
- — No card, no subscription.
- — An unavailable or failed answer costs EUR 0.00.
- — The clock starts when your first connection or key is created.
- — Your remaining free calls are shown on your account page and in every quote.
Paid
- — Prepaid credits: one balance for every live Jithox tool your connection may use.
- — Add at least €10.00 at a time — the same minimum the top-up page states.
- — No automatic reload, no monthly subscription.
- — Only an accepted answer is charged, at the price the pricing source states.
Credits stay on your balance until a call uses them or a refund returns them; the pricing page states this and nothing else.
You don’t buy an MCP server. You add credits once and use the Jithox tools your connection is allowed to access.
One balance, one connection, every allowed tool.
Result and receipt
Every accepted answer comes back to your AI with its source and a receipt reference. On your account page you see the calls, what each cost, and the receipts.
- — Results are in your AI’s conversation and on the account page.
- — Receipts are on the account page and can be verified offline.

- Ask for a quote with the connection credential.
- Read permission and budget from the quote.
- Call the tool through the gateway, or ask for a checkout handoff when the quote says NEEDS_CREDITS.
- Read the result and the receipt reference from the answer.

Every configuration below carries a placeholder. Create the real credential on your account page and paste it yourself; it is shown once and never appears in a document.
Claude
Run it once in a terminal where Claude Code is installed, with the credential from your account page in place of <PASTE_YOUR_JITHOX_CONNECTION>. Claude Desktop: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector with the endpoint and the same Authorization header.
claude mcp add --transport http jithox https://jithox.com/api/agent-connection/v1/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer <PASTE_YOUR_JITHOX_CONNECTION>"The placeholder is not a credential.
ChatGPT / Codex
Add this block to ~/.codex/config.toml and set JITHOX_CONNECTION in your shell to the credential from your account page (export JITHOX_CONNECTION=…). The credential never sits in the file.

Gemini
Merge this into ~/.gemini/settings.json and replace <PASTE_YOUR_JITHOX_CONNECTION> with the credential from your account page.

Any MCP client
Give your MCP client this endpoint (Streamable HTTP) and the Authorization header with your credential in place of <PASTE_YOUR_JITHOX_CONNECTION>. Discovery works without the header.

Authorization: Bearer <PASTE_YOUR_JITHOX_CONNECTION>
The placeholder is not a credential.
Any HTTP or CLI agent
Discovery needs no credential. A real call (tools/call) adds Authorization: Bearer with your connection credential; an agent that can exchange it gets a ten-minute token from https://jithox.com/api/oauth/token (client_credentials).
curl -s https://jithox.com/api/agent-connection/v1/mcp \

Preview: the journey, the offers, the quote and the checkout handoff exist in this build. Prices come from the pricing source; nothing on this page reserves, charges or executes anything.
