Jithox E-Invoice Readiness

Before you send a structured e-invoice you need to know whether the counterparty's VAT number resolves and whether they can actually receive one on the Peppol network — two checks that are easy to get wrong by hand and expensive to get wrong at scale.

Jithox EU Import Preflight
Private pilot — commercial release pending
Before goods are ordered from outside the EU, somebody has to find the right commodity code, check which import measures attach to it, and confirm the counterparty's EORI number — usually by hand, across several official portals.

Jithox EU Counterparty Sanctions Preflight

Onboarding a new supplier or counterparty means screening them against the EU sanctions list, and the screening is only worth anything if you can show afterwards exactly what was checked, against which list version, and when.

Jithox EU Energy Label Preflight
Private pilot — commercial release pending
A product listing that shows the wrong energy class or a missing EPREL registration is a listing that gets pulled, and checking a catalogue against the official EPREL database by hand does not scale past a handful of models.

What every pilot includes
- 14 days, one scoped use case, one product.
- Up to 200 accepted tool calls (max 50 per day, 10 per minute). A call counts against your budget when it reaches a tool and returns an answer — including a truthful “no match”, a partial result, or a report that a source could not answer. A truthful negative is a real answer and is billed as one. A rejected or malformed request never reaches a tool and is not counted. The daily cap resets at 00:00 UTC, not 24 hours after your first call.
- Read-only access, scoped to that one product. Credentials for one capability do not work on another.
- Onboarding, a signed receipt per successful call, and a closing review.
- A pilot does not renew automatically and does not become a subscription. When the 14 days end, access ends.
Price and VAT
All prices are exclusive of VAT. The VAT treatment of your order is determined per customer and confirmed on the invoice — never estimated on this page. Payment is by bank transfer against a normal B2B invoice. Access is created by a person at Jithox after the payment is confirmed — never automatically, and never by this website.
What Jithox does not claim

- We do not guarantee statutory compliance and we do not certify data.
- We are not endorsed by, affiliated with or acting on behalf of the European Union or any of its institutions. We read their public registers, nothing more.
- We do not send invoices, file customs declarations, or execute any external transaction on your behalf.
- These capabilities have not been independently penetration-tested, and Jithox has no paying customers yet. We would rather say so than invent a logo wall.
